DG CHECKS: A CHECK (Daily/ Weekly) : Check Engine oil Level in DG set. Radiator coolant level. Check Diesel Day tank level. Check Battery voltage, Distilled water level . Check all Air Filters, Breathers, water Separator condition check V belt Condition. check Cleanliness of DG. B CHECK (Every 300 hrs or Every 6 Months) : Change Engine oil. Change Oil filters, Fuel Filters, Bypass Filters. Change Air filters, Water separator. Radiator Cleaning with Chemical . Clean the Dg set. C CHECK (Every 1500 hrs or Every 1 Year) : Repeat A & B check . Check all Electrical Equipment Condition Check Pollution Level. Change Water Separator  Replace Breathers. Inspect Alternator Starter .
