Details of VCB Breaker Panel

VCB  consists Operating Rod, Tripping Coil, Closing coil , Drop out fuses

main arching chamber present above breaker panel ,operating rod is connected to arch interrupting chamber. 

VCB is charged by rotating handle clockwise makes closing coil compressed and by pressing close 
button VCB contacts gets closed & connected to 33kv supply line.

CURRENT : 1250A                MAKING CAPACITY : 62.5KA

NO OF POLES : 3                CLOSING COIL :110V DC         TRIPPING COIL : 110V DC

                                             




  1. ·        VCB contains two insulating Chamber Upper insulator chamber has Arch Quenching.
  2. ·      Lower insulating Chamber has operating rod & lower insulating chamber provided for Ph - Earth Clearance.
  3. ·       Mcb is provided inside breaker panel for heater, bulb, thermostat, 110v dc supply.
  4. ·       Local & Remote switch provided for Scada based or Manual operation.
  5. ·       Limit Switch provided for cutting of supply to motor when Closing coil or Tripping coil is fully charged.

conservator tank oil level (Mog) The MOG  (Magnetic Oil Gauge)  is a device by which we can supervise the level of oil inside the tank or conservator of power transformer and also gives us an alert low oil level indication .  A decrease in level of Transformer oil in Conservator is an indication of leak and therefore MOG level is an important parameter to be monitored.
